Jackson County music teacher creates girls glee club

Girls Inc. of Jackson County is alive with the sound of music thanks to Virginia Ernest.

For the past 10 years, the Seymour woman has taught piano and vocal lessons through the club to give young girls an opportunity to explore their interest in music.

Now, she is trying to expand those offerings by starting a glee club.
