Local music artist Nathan Napier gave up smoking for his career.
It’s been nearly seven months since his last cigarette, and the 27-year old from Seymour said he’s never felt or sounded better.
But quitting on your own isn’t easy, he said.
“My music career made me want to quit, as I was noticing a decline in my air intake and delivery ability at some live shows, problems I’ve never had until I started smoking regularly,” he said. “By 26, I was over it.”
