Kurtz Church of the Nazarene plans events

Kurtz Church of the Nazarene will host its annual Community Day on Sept. 22.

There will be a hog roast, bake sale, rummage sale and other vendors.

Food will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and music will be performed.

A silent auction will feature merchandise from 31, Scentsy, Tastefully Simple and Avon as well as handmade jewelry and crafts.

Proceeds from the event will go to remodel the church’s fellowship hall.

On Oct. 16, the church will celebrate its annual homecoming. The event will feature the Sidle Family as musicians and speakers.
