In the midst of a four-games-in-eight-days stretch, Edinburgh’s boys basketball team wanted to keep momentum on its side in Tuesday’s home game against Seymour.
The host Lancers made sure that would happen early.
After the Owls scored the game’s first two baskets, Edinburgh poured in 15 straight points. The Lancers never looked back in a 73-41 non-conference victory.
The win improved Edinburgh’s record to 10-2 and set the stage for Friday and Saturday home games against Mid-Hoosier Conference rival Morristown and Baptist Academy, respectively. The Lancers won Saturday at Knightstown to start the stretch of games.
