You will be the investigator, digging into your family history during a program at Jackson County Public Library.

The You Be the Family History Detective @ the Library program will start at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Seymour Library classroom.

There is a limit of 12

participants. You can register by calling 522-3412, ext. 1243.

Taught by local history specialist Charlotte Sellers, the session will last 90 to 120 minutes.

Those not familiar with using a computer are encouraged to take the library’s free two-part basic computing classes before attending the program.

Experienced genealogists are invited to attend the program and share their experience with others.

All participants are invited to bring questions about their research and the  organization.
