Learning to cook a plate full of healthy food is the topic of the My Plate Basics Cooking Series presented by Lauren Neuenschwander, Purdue Extension family nutrition educator and dietitian, at the Jackson County Public Library in Seymour.
She will present the programs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays. The Oct. 23 topic is Meal and Menu Planning and the Oct. 30 topic is Making Your Food Dollars Stretch.
