Hold a Public Hearing

The City of Seymour, Indiana will provide an opportunity for a public hearing for the purpose of considering a grant for which federal capital assistance under Section 5311 of the Federal Transit act, as amended, is being sought. The hearing will be held if any person interested in a hearing submits a request in writing that a hearing be held to the City of Seymour, Office of the Mayor, 301-309 N. Interested persons may submit orally or in writing evidence and recommendations with respect to said grant at the public hearing.
