By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Jackson County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Commencing at a stone at the Northeast corner of section eighteen (18), Township six (6) north, range six (6) east, thence south 87 degrees 30 minutes west 1805 feet; thence south 02 degrees 40 minutes east 613 feet to a point which is 15 feet south and 23 feet east of the northwest corner of a tract conveyed by Jules A. Lagrave and wife to Roy A. Nordich by warranty deed, recorded in deed record 92, pages 23, in the office of the recorder of Jackson County, Indiana; thence north 85 degrees 38 minutes east 146 feet to the true point of beginning; thence north 85 degrees 38 minutes east 146 feet to the true point of beginning; thence eastwardly 48 feet; thence southwardly 137 feet; thence westwardly 48 feet; thence northwardly 137 feet to the true point of beginning, in Jackson County, Indiana.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
