By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Jackson County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Real estate in Jackson County, Indiana, to-wit: Thirty-five (35) feet in width off of the south side of Lot number 1 in Woodmansee's Addition to the Town of Brownstown, Indiana. ALSO, Lot numbered Two (2) in Woodmansee's Addition to the Town of Brownstown, Indiana. The above described lot and part of lot are those found in the Frances Woodnnansee's Addition to the Town of Brownstown, Jackson County, Indiana, recorded December 18, 1878, in Old Plat Book 2 at page 36 and in New Plat Book 2 at pages 67 and 68 in the Office of the recorder of Jackson County, Indiana, which said lot and part of lot have been referred to in prior conveyances as being part of the Francis Woodmansee Addition to the Town of Brownstown, Indiana and referred to in prior conveyances as being part of Woodmansee's Addition to the Town of Brownstown, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
