To the editor:
The Trinity Lutheran High School football season came to an end on Friday night, Oct. 25, in the first round of sectionals. That night’s score does not reflect the heart and soul that went into this game.
This group of boys played through injury and sickness, but mostly this team played because they believed. The truly are an example of what every parent wants their child to to be. They are kind, giving, smart, self-confident, athletic and a great group of kids who know that their faith in God is the reason they are on the field.
I encourage our community to come out next season and see what we have accomplished the last two years.
