The sentencing hearing for a Jackson County man who recently pleaded guilty in the death of a Seymour teen has been set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Tyler Joseph Ross, 19, of Seymour originally was scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 22 for the operating while intoxicated resulting in death charge. The charge is a Class C felony, punishable by two to eight years in prison.
The hearing was delayed after Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jeff Chalfant opted to withdraw the plea agreement on the day of the hearing.upside down.
