Officials remain mum on inquiry

Investigators declined to release any new details in a probe that led to the arrest Friday of a Jennings County man accused of conspiracy to commit murder.

Daniel Rogers, 45, of North Vernon continued to be held on that initial charge at the Jennings County Jail in North Vernon on Monday afternoon.

Jennings County Prosecutor Alan Marshal said he expected to have the report of the investigation of the incident that led to Rogers’ arrest on his desk sometime late Monday or early today.
