A Seymour man found inside a relative’s home uninvited Tuesday afternoon faces burglary and drug charges.
Seymour Police arrested Dustin J. Marsh, 26, at a residence in the 800 block of East Fourth Street after another relative reported the break-in at 2:16 p.m.
“A family member was at the home picking up some items and noticed a lawn chair under a window at the back of the house,” Chief Bill Abbott said. “He thought it seemed out of place.”
