A Seymour man faces criminal charges after leading police on a chase on a stolen motorcycle Sunday.
Steven L. Waggoner, 22, of Seymour, was arrested after crashing a purple Harley-Davidson Sportster in wet grass near a residence and then fleeing on foot into a soybean field, police said.
Waggoner faces two charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and possession of stolen property, all Class D felonies, and misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement (fleeing), driving while suspended with a previous conviction and criminal mischief.
