Managing spine pain focus of April program



Schneck Foundation’s Community Relations Committee is conducting a seminar for people living with osteoporosis, arthritis and back and neck pain.

“Fortify Your Spine: Recipes for a Healthy Lifestyle” will address common sources of spine pain that affect 50 to 80 percent of people in the U.S. at some point in their lives.

Learn when spine pain is muscular rather than more serious, when to seek medical care for back and neck pain and how participants can create a recipe for a healthy lifestyle that helps to fortify their spine.
