Neighborhood improvement, people trails, saving city money top agenda

A renewed attention on making Seymour a better and brighter place to live and do business was the focus of Mayor Craig Luedeman’s annual State of the City address.

His plans include creating a network of people trails and bike lanes throughout the city, making neighborhoods cleaner and safer and bringing more activity to downtown.

He shared his vision with the public Monday night.
