Medora boys, girls compete in triangular


The Medora boys track and field team posted three first-place finishes in Wednesday's season-opener at West Washington High School, while the girls claimed one victory in the three-team meet.

Bailey Pfeiffer won the 100-meter dash, and he won the long jump and Jacob Prince was second. The boys team's other winner was Joe Barnes in the shot put, with the freshman throwing 43-4.

The three-member girls squad had seven top-four placings. Jadelyn Dean was the sole winner, placing first in the 800-meter run.
