Norman Station Conservation Club, 12157 W. County Road 450N, Norman, will stage its monthly Bluegrass Jamboree from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature Norman Station, Hamilton Creek, New Terrain and Hickory Wind.
The kitchen will serve homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts.
The club is located in northwest Jackson County, 4.5 miles north of U.S. 50 from the Leesville/Fort Ritner turn-off (Norman Road or County 1250W) then 10th of a mile east on County Road 450N, or three-quarters of a mile south of State Road 58 at the Norman Station stop sign, then a 10th of a mile east on County Road 450N.
Band members interested in performing at a jamboree or a festival may contact Fred Norman at 812-834-5184.
Membership in the Norman Station Conservation Club may be acquired for $10 per family a year and may be sent to the club at P.O. Box 27, Norman, IN 47264. Camping is available.
