Moore relishes All-Star experience

INDIANAPOLIS — For the final time representing Seymour High School on the basketball court, the stage couldn’t have been bigger for Amanda Moore.

All of the time and work the Lady Owls senior put in throughout her career paid off as she was selected earlier this year as one of 13 Indiana All-Stars.

The team, though, had a rough week, losing to the juniors in exhibition games on Monday and Wednesday and then falling to the Kentucky All-Stars on Friday 75-47 at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Ky., and on Saturday 92-75 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
