It’s been almost six years since Sean Taylor, a free safety for the Washington Redskins on his way to becoming one of the best to ever play his position, lost his life at age 24 to an intruder’s bullet.
LaRon Landry remembers.
“We were real close. I followed him through his high school years, and Sean’s kind of why I shied away from going to (the University of) Miami,” remembered Landry, the first-year Indianapolis safety who, noticing a ridiculously talented Canes secondary, chose to play his college ball at LSU.
