Dr. Justin J. Burdick joined the Southern Indiana Surgery Inc. office in October as a new surgeon.
Prior to joining that office, he was a staff general surgeon at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, N.C., serving 50,000 active-duty men, women and their families. He received the Navy Commendation Medal in 2011 and has volunteered his time and talents to several medical missions in South America.
After receiving his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, he completed general surgery training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He completed his undergraduate education at Wabash College, graduating cum laude. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.
