Seymour Community School Corp. has named two new coaches who will also serve as teachers in the classroom at Seymour High School starting this fall.

School board trustees approved on Wednesday a recommendation from Athletic Director Brandon Harpe to hire Greg Musser of Michigan as varsity girls soccer coach and science teacher and Jason Longmeier of Seymour as varsity girls basketball coach, physical education teacher and assistant athletic director.

Longmeier is no stranger to coaching as he is a former girls basketball head coach for Jennings County High School. He also has coached boys basketball, baseball and football and was a PE teacher at Jennings County.
