No one injured in Crothersville blaze; cause of fire unknown

The cause of a fire that left a Crothersville couple without their home Friday afternoon remains under investigation.

No one was injured in the fire, reported at 12:57 p.m. at the home of Bill Sebastian and Jessica Fleetwood at 502 Jackson St. on Crothersville’s north side.

Fleetwood said the couple were in Scottsburg when the fire was first reported but received a call about it and returned home.

“It scared us to death,” Fleetwood said.
