Norman man receives tentative OK for pond

Jackson County Plan Commission granted a favorable recommendation to a man’s request for a special exception to build a 4-acre pond on his property in the Norman area.

Dan Towriss of Carmel has hired Rust Construction of rural Seymour to build the pond on a 54.19-acre site at 3029 N. 1100W, Norman.
