Before Saturday afternoon’s basketball game at Whiteland, Seymour coach Jason Longmeier said the Owls let the Warriors hang around and win last year’s game, and he didn’t want that to happen again.

The Owls dominated on the Warriors’ court by outscoring the home team in every quarter and rolling to a 58-26 win.

“We shot the ball really well, but we shot the ball well because of some things that (Mikayla) Fee was able to do,” Longmeier said as the Owls shot 15 for 30 through three quarters and finished 20 for 44.
