NASHVILLE

The Seymour and Trinity Lutheran cross-country squads competed in Saturday’s Brown County Eagle Classic.

The Seymour boys placed seventh out of 19 teams in the Class AA division, while Trinity Lutheran was 20th out of 21 schools in the Class A race.

Jack Tormoehlen (35th in 16:19) and Daniel Hauersperger (37th in 16:21) paced Seymour, and Luke Onken (59th in 18:16) and Tyler McKay (80th in 18:39) led Trinity.

The Seymour girls finished 12th out of 20 teams in Class AA, and Trinity was 14th out of 15 schools in Class A.

Madison Hays (40th in 20:01) and Mariah Lewis (59th in 20:31) were Seymour’s leaders, and Allison Posey (93rd in 24:45) and Danielle Shelley (99th in 25:22) were Trinity’s top finishers.
