At the start of Tuesday’s home match with Scottsburg, the Seymour wrestlers received five forfeit wins.

In the other nine matches, however, the Owls had opponents, and they won seven of those to claim a 64-12 win.

“When we wrestle guys, we like to look forward to those head-to-head matches and make sure we are winning more than 50 percent, so when you win seven out of nine, it is a good night,” Owls coach Curt Schleibaum said.
