Owls battle through 2 overtimes for season’s second win



The Seymour and Salem boys basketball teams wound up knotted at 53 at the end of regulation of Saturday night’s game.

The Owls and host Lions then each scored six points in the first overtime.

With 1:45 remaining in the second overtime, Salem converted a four-point play for a 64-61 lead. But Seymour scored the next five points and held on for a 66-64 win.
