Mitchell Hall is one of three students to first complete the mechanical engineering program offered at Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus.
The 23-year-old Seymour resident said he and his classmates were guinea pigs for the curriculum, and he almost preferred it that way.
“This meant small classes where the professors know you on a very personal level,” Hall said. “Also, we got to be the first to use all of the lab equipment.”
