Darkness and rain were factors when a Seymour woman suffered foot injuries during a Tuesday morning pedestrian accident across from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department.

Laura Lamb, 50, was injured as she was walking between vehicles in the parking lot adjacent to the Bartholomew County Probation Department at Third and Franklin streets, according to the Columbus Police Department.
