Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals delivered a dose of good economic news to Seymour officials this week.
The company plans to invest nearly $11 million in new equipment to support increased production of specialty generic medications at its facility in Freeman Field Industrial Park. The project will create nearly 50 jobs.
Kremers spokesman Rich Archer said the equipment will update manufacturing, logistics and distribution processes, allow for research and development of new products and improve computer technology.
