Sandi Hall gave the lesson when Pine Ridge Extension Homemakers met April 22 at Lutheran Community Home in Seymour.
Hall discussed the “Step Down to Change” method — suggesting life changes be made in a series of steps. She said the method can be used both for improving health and in reducing discretionary expenses.
President Carolyn Krieger presided, and Aryss Beebe led in singing “Smiles.”
