Pizza in the Park set for Monday

Community Diner plans to hold Pizza in the Park from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday in the shelter house at Shields Park, 600 N. Broadway St., Seymour.

The organization came out of a community meeting in 2011 that brought together people interested in providing for the basic need of food for people struggling to make ends meet. The community has not had a hot meal site since the Grace Fellowship food mission closed.
