Police: Teen stabbed in attack

Jackson County police continue to investigate a report of a teen being stabbed with a pocketknife early Monday at his Seymour home.

No arrest has been made in connection with the attack that left Seymour High School senior Isaiah Thomas with four stab wounds, police said.

The scuffle also left the 17-year-old with at least five scrape wounds from fending off his attacker in the garage of his home in a subdivision off U.S. 31, southeast of city limits, according to a report from county Officer Dustin Steward.
