NORTH VERNON

Three Jennings County residents were arrested this week after police found more than 100 marijuana plants.

Toby B. Marsh, 30, and Abigail J. Robinson, 37, both of North Vernon, were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, neglect of a dependent child and maintaining a common nuisance, according to a news release from Jennings County Maj. Jerry L. Shepherd. All are Class D felonies.

Robinson’s father, Randall R. “Randy” Robinson, 61, of 3730 S. County Road 600E, Dupont, was arrested later in the day after police served a search warrant at his residence in Bigger Township, Shepherd reported. Randy Robinson was arrested on charges of marijuana possession and maintaining a common nuisance.
