Local churchgoers participate in Bible-reading marathon

As the sun set Tuesday night, Frank Lehman of Crothersville stood at the podium at One Chamber Square in downtown Seymour.

He spoke into a microphone as his voice rang through the empty intersection, bouncing off the brick walls of nearby buildings. Lehman wasn’t preaching or even speaking to a crowd.

He was simply reading.
