By the end of the Red, White and Blue Festival on Saturday night, Crothersville FFA members had grilled and sold more than 1,500 pork burgers.
They also made and served breakfast to people out early Saturday morning.
“This is the single, largest money-making project that we have,” FFA adviser Linda Maxie said.
Proceeds from the sales will help pay for students to attend various FFA activities throughout the summer.
