Republicans to have cornhole tournament

Jackson County Republican Club will conduct a cornhole tournament with a $40 team entry fee with a 50 percent payback to the winning team.

A pork barbecue dinner will be available for a freewill donation. A pie and dessert auction will follow.

The family friendly event starts at 4 p.m. today at Fraternal Order of Police at Freeman Field in Seymour.
