Some Crothersville residents shared their wish lists at the first of what will be several community workshops aimed at establishing a comprehensive plan for this southeastern Jackson County community of about 1,600.
Ideas put forth by those attending Monday’s workshop at Immanuel United Church of Christ include improving the looks of Armstrong Street (U.S. 31) as it flows through the center of the town; rehabilitating the town’s water distribution system; and growing the town’s industrial park to attract more industry and jobs.
