Rieckers ‘honored’ to work with All-Stars

INDIANAPOLIS — Being selected as an assistant coach of last year’s Indiana Junior All-Star team, Karla Rieckers considered it an honor.

Her Brownstown Central High School girls basketball team made it to the Class 2A state title game, and that gave the program some recognition.

But being selected to assist with coaching again this year, Rieckers was blown away.
