Schneck Cancer Center earns recognition

Schneck Cancer Center received the Outstanding Contributions to Cancer Control Organization award during the Indiana Cancer Consortium’s annual conference April 30 in Indianapolis.

The award recognized staff and volunteers at the Seymour cancer center for their efforts in cancer control, according to a news release.

Sally Acton, RN, BSN, OCN, MSM, director of cancer and pain services, Schneck Medical Center, accepted the award during a ceremony at the conference at Indiana Landmarks Center.
