School trustees look at expansion plan

Trustees for Seymour Community Schools have design options to consider for a project that will add and renovate space at Margaret R. Brown Elementary School.

Hal Kovert with Kovert Hawkins architects presented seven layouts during a school board meeting Tuesday night, all of which would add classroom space and meet other needs of the school. The cost is projected at less than $2 million.

“We try to involve input of staff and central office and made presentations to the teaching and support staff,” he said.
