An updated anti-bullying policy unanimously adopted by the Crothersville school board Monday provides a more extensive outline to students, teachers and parents.
It also adds weight to an already comprehensive student handbook that also targets bullies, school officials said.
The goal is to create a safe and civil environment for students and staff at Crothersville Community Schools. The policy not only prohibits the act of bullying by students but also ensures that disciplinary actions are taken if necessary.
