A semitrailer carrying automotive parts rolled onto its side Friday afternoon on the northbound ramp of Interstate 65 at Seymour, creating traffic woes for motorists in the area for several hours.

The semi driver, whose name and address were not available at press time, was treated and taken to Schneck Medical Center by Jackson County Ambulance Service.

“The driver has minor injuries,” said Capt. John Kirby with Seymour Fire Department.
