Trinity Lutheran and West Washington battled in last winter's girls basketball sectional, and Trinity came out victorious in double-overtime.
When the two teams met on Thursday, host West Washington outscored Trinity 11-5 in the fourth quarter for a 43-42 win to improve to 9-2.
The visiting Cougars won the first two quarters and led 28-19 at halftime, but the Senators pulled within 37-32 going into the fourth quarter.
Sydney Stuckwisch led Trinity (9-4) with 14 points and 17 rebounds, while Mariah Nolan and Liz Hill each had 11 points and six rebounds.
