Seymour JV, freshman teams fall to Bedford North Lawrence

Seymour’s junior varsity football team was defeated by Bedford North Lawrence 48-6 on Monday at Bulleit Stadium.

The Owls’ only score was on a 65-yard touchdown pass from Corban Ruch to Zach Schlatterer. Defensively, Caleb Schryer recovered a fumble.

That same night at Bedford, BNL beat Seymour 30-0 in a freshman football game.

The JV team is now 0-5 and on Monday will play host to Brownstown Central, and the freshmen are 1-4 and on Monday will play at Brownstown.
