Seymour boys honored at awards banquet

Knowing he was handing out the most valuable player award at Sunday’s banquet, Seymour High School boys basketball assistant coach Brent Jameson did some research on the word “valuable.”

In relation to basketball, some of the words included toughness, unselfishness, leadership, consistency, great teammate and great work ethic.

All of those words described senior Chase Salmon, so he was presented with the award.
