With two wins at Bedford and two more at home, the Seymour High School girls varsity bowling team moved to 6-0 on the season.
At Bedford on Nov. 10, Seymour won by forfeit with 1,330 total pins and then beat Bedford 18-2 (1,367 pins to 1,038 pins). Jade Beddoe had the high games in both matches, posting 180, 182, 183 and 190.
At their home alley, Starlite Bowl, a week later, Seymour beat Bloomington North 17-3 (1,305 to 1,151) and edged South Ripley 11-9 (1,265 to 1,255). Trista Phillips led the Owls with a 175 in the first match, while Beddoe had 167 and 160. In the second match, Beddoe led with a 162 and a 141.
