Seymour native earns VP position

A Seymour native recently was named vice president of enrollment management and strategic communications at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology at Terre Haute.

James A. Goecker has spent the past 28 years at the school, including the past six as vice president for enrollment management, leading student retention and persistence efforts, according to a news release from the university.

The 56-year-old is the son of Helen Goecker of Seymour and the late Ollie M. Goecker.
