A Seymour police officer targeted for dismissal wants a hearing before the Department of Public Works and Safety to fight for his job.

Polly has been off work because of what he says was a work-related injury, Chief Bill Abbott said at a recent Board of Works meeting. Polly’s worker compensation claim is being disputed, Abbott added.
